AFFILIATION: REL COMMENT: OTA Broadcasting LLC is donating the FCC licenses, construction permits, authorizations or other rights of any kind Issued or granted by the FCC, all FCC files and records pertaining to the station and all right, title and interest in and to the call letters of the station used in connection with the operation of the station and all goodwill associated therewith of WEBR-CD to WNET. Simultaneously the donor and donee have entered into a channel sharing agreement which will permit the station to share the spectrum allocated to WNET Newark, N.J., and the WNET technical facilities. In addition, the donor will make a charitable contribution to the donee in the amount of $12,500.
