The two operating groups under Petry Holdings are being reorganized into one unit. At the same time, Petry Holdings revamped its executive suite, naming Alexander Brown president-CEO, while Richard Intrator comes on board as chief strategic officer.
Petry Holdings Inc. is in the process of merging its two television rep firms, Blair Television and Petry Television, according to Lekha Rao, vice president, corporate communications, Petry Holdings.
In addition, Petry Holdings announced Thursday that Alexander Brown has been named president and chief executive officer and Richard Intrator becomes chief strategic officer.
Petry said Brown and Intrator will work together “to create and develop new domestic and international business.”
The national spot advertising business will continue to be overseen by Petry Media President-CEO Val Napolitano who will report to Brown.
Brown joins Petry from WorldSpace Inc., a provider of satellite radio outside the United States, wher he was co-chief operating officer. Prior to that, he was president-CEO of CNBC Asia Pacific, and was also managing director of ESPN Star Sports in Singapore.
Intrator was most recently the founder-CEO of Philanthria LLC and Silvercrest Distributors LLC. Previously, he was president of IMAX Enterprises.
