Thomas Drayton and Kerri-Lee Halkett will anchor the half-hour newscast that the Fox O&O will debut on Sept. 7.
WTXF, Fox’s O&O in Philadelphia (DMA 3), will debut a new half-hour evening news program, FOX 29 News at Six.
Starting, Monday, Sept. 7, the newscast will be anchored by Thomas Drayton and Kerri-Lee Halkett with weather reports by Chief Meteorologist John Bolaris.
The new broadcast will focus on breaking stories and hyper-local coverage of Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs, along with traffic and weather. In addition, the station said, “it will include more enhanced coverage of news and events that are top of mind around the city and the nation.”
