In addition to using the CRM and sales intelligence software, Scripps is joining Matrix’s digital development program .
The E.W. Scripps Co., which has used Matrix Solutions customer relationship management (CRM) and sales intelligence software at some of its stations, will now implement the software at all 21 of its locations. The company also will join Matrix Solution’s Digital Media Development Partner program.
As partners in the program, Scripps and the Matrix product management team will discuss business strategies and processes that will both influence and prioritize updates to the Matrix product and aid in creating what Matrix calls “an optimized product” for Scripps. Based on this partnership, system enhancements will be available as an add-on module as well as a stand-alone product for all Matrix customers.
