WFSB Hartford To Debut 4:30 P.M. Newscast
Eyewitness News at 4:30 PM launches Sept. 9 and will feature anchors Erin Connolly and Mark Zinni plus meteorologist Mark Dixon.
KDVR Expands Early- And Mid-Morning News
Tribune’s Fox affil KDVR Denver will launch a weekday 11 a.m. newscast beginning April 11 and start its morning newscast, Good Day Colorado, a half-hour earlier at 4:30 a.m.
Beginning Jan. 11, the Hearst ABC affiliate will introduce 4:30 and 7 p.m. broadcasts, moving The Ellen DeGenerous Show and Inside Edition to earlier timeslots.
KVDA Debuts Half-Hour News At 4:30 P.M.
Telemundo affil KVDA San Antonio, Texas, yesterday added a 4:30 p.m. Spanish-language newscast to its current 5 and 10 p.m. news lineup. The new local half-hour, Noticias 60 Telemundo, will be anchored by KVDA’s Alex Hernandez. Weather will be handled by Lilian Perez, and Jonathan Solarte will deliver sports.
