NBC is bringing one of its longtime stars onboard Today.  After months of speculation, Access Hollywood Live host Billy Bush is set to join the morning show, multiple sources say. A formal announcement about Bush’s new gig is expected to be made at NBC’s annual upfront presentation on May 16.

‘Access Hollywood Live’ Moved To PM In LA

KNBC Los Angeles follows in New York’s WNBC’s footsteps by moving Access Hollywood Live from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., where it won’t air “live” at all. The latest move could be indicative of a possible NBCUniversal’s plan to share production resources across E! News and AHL since the latter show could potentially require less staffers to produce if it’s no longer airing live in any markets.

E! To Air ‘Access Hollywood Live’ In Daytime

E! has picked up syndicated entertainment news show Access Hollywood Live. Hosted by Billy Bush and Kit Hoover, the Access Hollywood daytime spinoff will begin airing daily starting June 10 on the cable channel at 3 p.m. ET.
