EEOC Files Age Suit Against CBS, KTVT
KTVT Dallas and its corporate parent, CBS Broadcasting, discriminated against former early morning traffic anchor Tammy Dombeck because of her age, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission claims in a lawsuit filed Tuesday against the station.

Former KCTV Anchor Files Discrimination Lawsuit
Renan Cardona, who was the Liberman Broadcasting’s sports anchor from 2010 through March of 2016 has filed suit, alleging that he was fired due to his age (he’s in his mid-50s), and replaced with “a younger, less qualified person.”
After a trial of two weeks and almost a week of deliberations, the jury today in veteran former NBC News producer Frank Snepp’s age discrimination lawsuit against NBCUniversal has said they can’t reach a verdict. With that deadlock among the six men and six women jury, a mistrial was declared in the case by the judge.
