Disney Media Entertainment and Distribution is bringing three off-network shows to national broadcast syndication this fall: sitcom American Housewife will air seven days a week starting Sept. 12, while one-hour dramas 9-1-1 and The Rookie will debut in weekend syndication on Sept. 17.
CBS Television Stations will serve as the launch group. The recently canceled ABC sitcom has been sold to other station groups for 85% U.S. coverage. It launches in fall 2022.

ABC is extending its episode orders for six of its comedies. The Middle, American Housewife, Fresh Off the Boat, The Goldbergs, Speechless and Black-ish have all been given marching orders for additional episodes.
