KSBW Monterey Adding ABC Affiliation

The Hearst NBC affiliate in Monterey-Salinas, Calif., is creating Central Coast ABC, which will replace imported signals for KGO San Francisco in the market. “Unlike an out-of-town ABC station, you’ll get local news and emergency information on Central Coast ABC from sister station KSBW,” said KWBW GM Joe Heston. “Local businesses will also be able to advance their marketing messages to a previously unreached audience.”
