Actress Conchata Ferrell died Oct. 12 at the age of 77 following cardiac arrest. She is probably best known for her role as the housekeeper Berta on the hit CBS comedy Two and a Half Men. She received two supporting actress Emmy nominations for Two and a Half Men, and a nod for her role as Susan Bloom on L.A. Law.
