Often Consumers’ Last Hope, WCAU Delivers

Investigative reporters Harry Hairston and Ines Ferre are the faces of NBC10 Responds and Telemundo62 Responde at NBC’s Philadelphia duopoly of WCAU and WWSI. Consumers are calling with problems about 200 times a week. To date, that’s 5,643 complaints, and the stations have recovered a combined $170,000 so far.

FCC Updates Its Consumer Complaint Center

The commission says it’s making more consumer-complaint data publicly available through the Consumer Help Center, publishing weekly updates to a variety of charts, maps and spreadsheets, all integrated with an online database of granular complaint data.
