Hayley Atwell’s ‘Conviction’ Canceled By ABC

ABC has canceled the Hayley Atwell-led legal drama Conviction after less than one season. The series will not be picked up for additional episodes, though the network will produce all 13 episodes which had been previously ordered. The show’s sixth episode is set to air on Monday, Nov. 14, and it remains unclear whether or not the series will continue to air in its Monday night time slot.

‘DateLine’ Launches 1st Digital Docu-Series

The NBC news magazine’s started streaming its first digital-only documentary series, “Conviction,” today after prosecutors announced they will seek to overturn the murder conviction of Richard Rosario, the series’ subject.  The 10-episode series was supposed to debut on Friday.
