The demise of the Patricia Arquette-Ted Danson procedural means that CBS will be entering a new TV season without a CSI-branded series on the schedule for the first time in 16 years.
CBS has scheduled the premiere of Vince Gilligan and David Shore’s Battle Creek. The 13-episode detective series, originally developed 12 years ago, will land on Sunday nights in March. The network is also slotting CSI: Cyber on Wednesdays, leaving several episodes of Stalker to air at a later date.
