David Friedman Out As CBS ‘Early Show’ EP

For the fifth time in less than four years, The Early Show on CBS is getting a new boss. CBS News said Monday that David Friedman, who has been the beleaguered morning show’s executive producer for the last 16 months, is the latest producer to leave.
