Latta Introduces FCC Cost Analysis Bill

Rep. Bob Latta (R-Ohio) last week introduced the FCC Analysis of Benefits and Costs or “ABCs” Act. The bill would require the FCC to conduct a cost-benefit analysis of proposed rules and final rules.
