The former Associated Press executive founded Serafin Bros. in 1993 to facilitate the buying, selling or financing of radio and television stations.
Glenn M. Serafin, director of Tampa, Fla.-based Serafin Bros., will serve a two-year term as president of the National Association of Media Brokers. Mark Jorgenson was elected vice president, Roger Rafson as secretary and Greg Guy as treasurer.
