Sale Of WLPH-CD Miami Closes
The purchase of WLPH-CD Miami (DMA 16) by spectrum aggregator LocusPoint Networks from Gunter Marksteiner for $5.1 million has been completed. The deal was announced in April. Larry Patrick and Greg Guy of Patrick Communications advised the buyer, while Michael Alcamo of M.C. Alcamo & Co. advised the seller.
