Harold Ramis, actor, writer and director of such comedy hits as Ghostbusters, Stripes, Animal House and Caddy Shack, died Monday at age 69 of complications from vasculitis. In honor of Ramis, here’s a proclamation from Ghostbuster‘s that was about 25 years ahead of its time:
