Mark Cuban has sold a majority stake in HDNet, parent of U.S. TV networks AXS TV and HDNet Movies, to Canadian-based Anthem Sports & Entertainment and entertainer Steve Harvey.
Ryan Seacrest, CAA and AEG are folding their hopes of a new network into a plan to relaunch and rebrand Mark Cuban’s HDNet as a new, pop-culture oriented network called AXS TV.

He delivers a solo 60 MinutesÃ¢â‚¬â€¹-style report backed by a full-time staff of 22 people and another 10 freelancers who work regularly.
