John Frelinghuysen, who is credited with driving a content deal between AOL and NBC Universal, has been named the Disney/ABC Television Group’s new EVP of digital media, strategy and business development.
Former Walmart senior executive Cindy Davis will join Disney-ABC as EVP of consumer experience, responsible for improving research across media platforms, including consumer insights and analytics. And John Frelinghuysen comes to the company from AOL. He will be EVP of digital media, strategy and business development.
Disney/ABC Television Group is expanding its consumer and digital media areas with the hires of Cindy Davis and John Frelinghuysen in newly created roles. Davis joins as EVP, consumer experience and Frelinghuysen as EVP, digital media, strategy and business development.
