John Rood will be leaving his post as SVP of marketing for Disney Channels Worldwide after three and a half years — and a 14-year combined tenure at the Walt Disney company — to pursue new ventures.
John Rood is returning to the Walt Disney Co. as head of marketing for Disney Channels Worldwide, the company announced Tuesday. Rood succeeds Richard Loomis, a nine-year Disney Channels veteran who will step down next month.
