Maynaulet To Succeed Ramos As WAPA GM

José “Joe” Ramos, president and general manager of WAPA San Juan, P.R., for the past 20 years, announced he will retire in the first half of 2018. Hemisphere Media Group, owner of WAPA since 2013, has named Javier Maynulet as Ramos’ successor.
