And the competition among stations for news audiences is robust. ABC owns KTRK and Graham Media has NBC affiliate KPRC. Fox owns KRIV-KTXH, and Tegna has CBS outlet KHOU. Univision owns KXLN and Telemundo holds KTMD.
KTXH, KRIV, KIAH, KFTH, KXLN, KTRK, KPRC, KHOU, KTMD and KUHT are now broadcasting with ATSC 3.0 technology.
