CBS Cancels ‘S#*!,’ ‘Defenders,’ ‘Mad Love’
The network has axed three freshman series ahead of its upfront presentation this week in New York.

Solid Premiere For CBS’s ‘Mad Love’
Mad Love had an OK premiere on CBS last night, sandwiched between two of the network’s stronger shows, How I Met Your Mother and Two and a Half Men, though it was the network’s lowest-rated sitcom of the night. The new romantic comedy averaged a 3.0 adults 18-49 rating at 8:30 p.m., retaining 81% of Mother‘s 3.7 rating at 8 p.m.
