Maria Elena Salinas, who stepped down from Univision at the end of 2017 after more than three decades, will contribute reports across CBS’s broadcasts and will appear in coverage on the run-up to the 2020 election. Salinas has earned Emmys, Gracie Awards, a Peabody, the Edward R. Murrow Award and the Walter Cronkite Award for Excellence in Television Political Journalism.
