Phillips will take on the role of Dan Miller, the current executive director and general manager of 10 years who announced his retirement last year following a diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease. Miller has been with the network for 37 of his 61 years. Phillips, the first woman to lead IPTV, will change titles by April.
