
Sunbeam Television’s Fox affiliate WSVN Miami filed plans for a new headquarters facility in Miramar, which would clear the way for major development in its current home in North Bay Village. Sunbeam is working on plans for a major mixed-use project in Miramar that’s connected to the relocation of the TV station, CEO Andy Ansin said.

Gray Television’s KMOV is set to depart downtown St. Louis in 2023 for a new broadcast facility in Maryland Heights, Mo. KMOV has broadcast from Gateway Tower at One Memorial Drive for more than 50 years. In Maryland Heights, KMOV will turn a three-story office building known as 77 Progress Parkway into its new facility with 45,000 square feet available for studios, newsroom and production support spaces.

Fox-owned WTTG (Fox) and WDCA (MNT) are now broadcasting from 7272 Wisconsin Ave. in suburban Bethesda, Md., which is about two miles from their previous location at 5151 Wisconsin Ave. in the District of Columbia where the stations had been located since 1966.

Griffin Communications will relocate its corporate headquarters and CBS affiliate KWTV facility to downtown Oklahoma City in 2022. The company will spend more than $25 million to purchase and renovate the Century Center building at the corner of Sheridan and Robinson.
Nexstar Launches New Facility For WMBB

One year after Hurricane Michael, the Panama City ABC affiliate is operating from a nearly $3 million renovated, state-of-the-art building. Immediately after the storm, WMBB staff broadcast from the parking lot, now they have new digital broadcast capabilities, including the newsroom above.
