At KDVR Denver, No Power, No Problem
High winds causing a power outtage shortly before the 5 p.m. newscast didn’t stop Tribune’s Denver Fox affiliate KDVR from putting on a show Thursday evening. They went old-school, just short of candelabras on the anchor desk.

WHAS Reschedules Shows After Blackout
Belo’s Louisville, Ky., ABC affiliate experienced a power outage Thursday night that took it off the air for most of the evening’s primetime lineup. It said today it will air Grey’s Anatomy on Sunday at 1 p.m. and Private Practice at 1:35 a.m. Monday.
A complete power outage at New Meadowlands Stadium briefly delayed Sunday’s game between the New York Giants and Dallas Cowboys. All the lights atop the NFL’s costliest venue temporarily went black, blanketing the stadium in darkness.
