Reba McEntire, fresh off her run as a coach on NBC’s The Voice, will star in an untitled comedy that has earned a pilot order at the network. The multi-camera vehicle will reunite McEntire with former Reba showrunner Kevin Abbott, who is set to write the script for the project.
The performances will take place Feb. 11 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas before the championship matchup and halftime show featuring Usher.
After serving as Season 23’s mega mentor on The Voice, Reba McEntire is officially returning to Season 24 as a coach. The announcement was confirmed at NBCU’s upfront presentation on Monday. The Country Music Hall of Fame inductee joins veteran coach John Legend and returning coaches Niall Horan and Gwen Stefani.
