Executive News Director Sally Ramirez will leave Tegna’s CBS affil KHOU Houston at the end of the summer, according to an internal memo from President and General Manager Robert Springer.

The assistant ND at KGW Portland, Ore., becomes executive news director at Tegna’s CBS affil in Houston. She will be joined this summer by her husband, Russ Lewis, who joins KHOU’s anchor team.
