America’s Got Talent judges Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum, Howie Mandel and Sofia Vergara will all be back for season 16 of the hit NBC talent competition series, the network confirmed Tuesday. Terry Crews also will return as host.
Sofia Vergara has signed on as a judge for the upcoming 15th season of America’s Got Talent at NBC. In addition, Heidi Klum is returning to the show for the first time since 2018.
A group of veteran media executives, including former Shine Americas CEO Emiliano Calemzuk as well as Sofia Vergara, is launching Raze, which aspires to build a digital content brand aimed at the U.S. Latino audience.

Twentieth Television threw a Modern Family upfront party in New York City on Monday. Among those on hand were the show’s star Sofia Vergara alongside Chase Carey, deputy chairman, president-COO, News Corp. (center) and Jack Abernethy, CEO, Fox Television Stations. Cleared in more than 97% of the U.S., the hit comedy premieres in broadcast syndication on the Fox Television Stations and on cable’s USA Network this September.
The suit, filed Tuesday by series stars Sofia Vergara, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Eric Stonestreet, Julie Bowen and Ty Burrell, argues that their contracts with 20th Century Fox Television violate a California law prohibiting personal service contracts from extending for more than seven years.
