Steve Newberry, the group’s former Joint Board chairman, will focus on multiple NAB initiatives, including the construction of a new headquarters facility in Washington.
Last month, Steve Newberry completed a two-year run as NAB’s joint board chairman. Not only was Newberry running his company, Commonwealth Broadcasting, but he was volunteering his time helping radio and television owners deal with the wonderful world of politics. His experience, he says, was “time consuming and challenging” and not always a bed of roses.
