Thom Beers is leaving his post as CEO of FremantleMedia North America. The reality heavyweight, who has been with the stateside wing of the media giant since 2012, announced today that he will depart this summer at the end of his current contract. Moving into his role are EVPs Jennifer Mullin and Craig Cegielski, who will serve as co-CEOs and report directly to Fremantle chief Cecile Frot-Coutaz.
Thom Beers, who has spearheaded multiple network-defining series, will look to resuscitate a few at Fox. Beers, the mastermind behind History’s Ice Road Truckers and Ax Men, is taking over as CEO of FremantleMedia in North America.
