Donovan Named ABC Engineering SVP

Todd Donovan, ABC News VP for technology and operations, has been promoted to SVP of broadcast operations and engineering at ABC Television. Over the next several months, he will work with Preston Davis, who is set to retire as president of broadcast operations and engineering after 35 years with ABC.
