Paramount Signs $1.5B Deal To Keep US Rights To UEFA Champions League

Paramount Global has extended its U.S. media rights deal with UEFA soccer to continue broadcasting one of the most popular soccer packages on the market until 2030, beating out Amazon, among other competitors. The deal, which includes the rights to the UEFA Champions League, was worth $1.5 billion, according to media reports. ViacomCBS — Paramount Global’s former alias — previously secured the U.S. rights to the soccer federation’s broadcasts through 2024.
