WCVB Boston Launching Full Streaming App

Bill Fine knows an increasing number of viewers want to watch TV on their cell phones and tablets — what they want, and when they want it. Now Fine’s station, Hearst-owned ABC affil WCVB Boston, could be the first in the market to offer an app that delivers on this promise by streaming almost every show as it’s being broadcast on air.
