NYC Reporters Cover Puerto Rico Hurricane

With more than 1 million Puerto Ricans living in New York, several stations in the NYC market have sent reporters to cover Hurricane Maria. WPIX, WABC, WCBS, WNYW all had boots on the ground as the storm lashed the island on Wednesday.

Maurice DuBois, has been named co-anchor of WCBS New York’s weeknight 5 and 11 p.m. newscasts. DuBois will succeed Chris Wragge, who was named co-anchor of CBS News’ The Early Show.
