Parker’s last day with the ABC affiliate in Utica, N.Y., was June 13, said Stephen P. Merren, VP-GM at Nexstar Broadcasting. Merren declined to discuss the reason for Parker’s departure.
Nexstar is bringing news competition back to Utica, N.Y., with evening and late news on ABC affiliate WUTR and late news on Fox affiliate WFXV — all in HD.
