Transmitter Fire Knocks Michigan Station Off Air

A fire at the transmitter site of Heritage Broadcasting’s WWTV Traverse City, Mich., caused the CBS affliate to go dark today. According to the station’s webite, firefighters arrived at the burning facility early this morning and were wrapping up around noon. The building, which once housed the entire station, is a total loss.
