Endemol’s Chief Executive Steps Down

Endemol, the world’s largest independent television producer by revenue, profits and programming hours, has parted company with its CEO, Ynon Kreiz. The departure of Kreiz will herald a restructuring of the $2.8 billion debt that has beset the company during most of his tenure, according to people close to the company.
