KTVZ Bend GM Bob Singer Leaving
Bob Singer, GM of News Press & Gazette’s NBC-Fox affiliate KTVZ Bend, Ore. (DMA 185), is moving on to the role of president/executive director of the Oregon Association of Broadcasters.
Singer started in Bend in 2008 as director of sales and has been GM since 2012.
Prior to that he was general sales manager of KOIN Portland, Ore., and national sales manager of Meredith’s KPTV Portland.
He started his career in Los Angeles in 1978 with Katz Communications and was the regional manager for Petry Television in Portland before moving to the station side.
