Media Staffing Net Launches 0 To 3 Talent Bank

Media Staffing Network (MSN) is creating a new service “for the next generation of media professionals.”

MSN’s 0 to 3 Talent Bank is focused on entry-level job seekers. It serves those with less than three years of professional experience, such as recent graduates and those who do have work experience but in fields outside of the media industry. MSN is now accepting resumes for 0 to 3 for entry level positions in media sales, production, on-air talent, engineering, IT and digital resources.

Media Staffing Network Founder and CEO Laurie Kahn said: “Our goal is to help media companies and younger generations come together to discuss career opportunities. There will be no cost to candidates to join the confidential database once they are screened, qualified and accepted into the 0 To 3 Talent Bank. What makes this database unique, is that we have humans reviewing all applicants to not miss any due to a poor resume.”

In addition to job matching, entry-level candidates will have access to tips and techniques to help in their job search. MSN will share improved ways to present qualifications through resumes, build an appropriate online presence and more effectively search for a position.

MSN says this service will be “an instrumental resource for media organizations, state associations and all companies wanting to increase awareness of their open entry level positions.” MSN has partnered with the Beonair Network, which has broadcast schools throughout the country and prepares students for on air, production and sales.

The 0 to 3 Talent Bank will launch in the first quarter of 2019 for employers interested in hiring and is now accepting resumes that can be submitted directly to the website here.
