Jukin Media Launches Entertainment Partnership with Theta Labs for Blockchain Video Delivery, NFTs

Theta Labs Inc. and Jukin Media today announced the launch of a comprehensive entertainment partnership that will encompass video content, video delivery infrastructure, and fan engagement.

As part of the agreement, Jukin Media properties FailArmy and The Pet Collective will implement the Theta Network infrastructure, video player and peer-to-peer bandwidth relaying. Theta will also license content from Jukin Media, and the companies will work together to launch exclusive NFTs for FailArmy and The Pet Collective on the ThetaDrop NFT platform.

Jukin Media, which was acquired by Trusted Media Brands in August 2021, is a global entertainment company built on the belief that the future of storytelling is user generated. Jukin owns and operates a portfolio of digital video properties that includes FailArmy, People Are Awesome, The Pet Collective and WeatherSpy; the properties combine for more than 220 million social media followers online, and they receive more than 11 million monthly hours viewed across streaming TV platforms.
