M&A And Station Values Forecast At TV2020

Lauren Butler, director media valuations at BIA Advisory Services; Deb McDermott, CEO of Standard Media Group; Larry Patrick, managing partner of Patrick Communications; and attorney Jack Goodman will take the market’s measure on mergers and acquisitions and station valuations at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 17, at New York’s Javits Center.

“Many factors go into determining the worth of a TV station — supply and demand, the regulatory environment and the outlook for spot advertising and retransmission consent,” said Harry A. Jessell, editor and co-founder of TVNewsCheck and the panel’s moderator. “We’ll consider all of them.”
