Sinclair Announces Legal Department Promotions

Sinclair Broadcast Group SVP, General Counsel David Gibber announced several promotions within the company’s legal department.

The following promotions within the company’s legal organization are effective immediately:

• Ethan Haire to VP, deputy general counsel from VP, associate general counsel
• Kristi LeFaivre to VP, associate general counsel from director, associate general counsel
• Chase Bales to director, associate general counsel from legal counsel
• Nick Wittich to director, associate general counsel from senior counsel

Gibber said: “We are excited to announce these well-deserved promotions. These elevations provide an important opportunity to celebrate the depth of talent and engagement we have within the company and the Sinclair legal department. This also allows us to recognize the excellent work of these individuals.
