Sophie Duffel Named WHBQ Memphis Director Of Sales

Imagicomm Communications’ Fox affiliate WHBQ Memphis has promoted Sophie Duffel to director of sales. She has been the station’s local sales manager.

Dufel has more than 20 years’ experience in media sales in Memphis with over 10 of them at WHBQ. Kyle Krebs, WHBQ general manager, said: “Sophie has had amazing success as local sales manager, helping to drive her team to record results, achieving goals and building up a positive team culture. As an account executive, Sophie had received many awards for her outstanding sales achievements both locally and at the group level and was nationally recognized for her many successes.”

As director of sales, Duffel will lead WHBQ’s local, national and digital teams in strategic growth and revenue development.
