AFFILIATION: FOX COMMENT: The Seller, Horseshoe Curve Communications’ Peak Media of PA provides programming to and sells advertising for Palm Television LP’s WATM-TV/Altoona, PA as per a March 11, 1996, interim operating agreement and owns the WWCP-TV antenna. This agreement provides for the purchase by buyer of the FCC licenses with respect to WWCP-TV, all rights, title and interest of Peak in the interim operating agreement, the Fox Affiliation Agreement, the WWCP Antenna and certain related assets of the stations owned by seller.
