The purchase of WNAC Providence, R.I., by Mission Broadcasting tops the latest list of TV station transactions submitted to the FCC for its approval, according to BIA Advisory Services.

AFFILIATION: Fox COMMENT: Nexstar is transferring its option to purchase WNAC-TV Providence, RI from WNAC LLC to Mission Broadcasting. Mission Broadcasting is exercising that option. The option price is $3.2M + an amount equal to an undisclosed escalation amount.
