AFFILIATION: HS2 COMMENT: No purchase price is shown in the FCC filing. However, affiliation agreements for QVC and HSN are part of the agreement. QVC/QVC2 affiliation will be placed on Major Market Broadcasting’s WRJK-LP Chicago; KAAP-LD San Jose; WSWF-LD Orlando; and on K36QH-D Santa Barbara, Calif. HSN affiliation will also be seen on WRJK, WSWF and K36QH-D Santa Barbara. The total valuation of the deal is listed in the filing as $1,503,410.
