WICT Announces 2021 Touchstone Partners

Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) has named its 2021 Touchstone Partners.

WICT’s Strategic Touchstone Partners, a select group of leading organizations, show their year-round commitment to diversity and inclusion by supporting WICT’s professional development programs, research projects and advocacy initiatives. This year’s partners include Charter Communications, Comcast NBCUniversal and the Walter Kaitz Foundation.

WICT’s Catalyst Touchstone Partners serve as key champions of the organization and help WICT deliver on its mission of creating women leaders who transform the industry. These companies include Accenture, Altice USA, CommScope, Cox Communications, Disney & ESPN Media Networks and WarnerMedia. WICT’s activities are also made possible through the support of this year’s Inspire Touchstone Partners, including A+E Networks, AMC Networks, Cisco, Discovery Inc., Grande.RCN.Wave and TV One. And as the industry continues to expand internationally, several global companies, including Discovery Inc. and Liberty Global, offer their resources to support WICT’s international chapter endeavors.

“WICT’s corporate partners have a deep understanding of the business case for gender diversity and inclusion,” said Maria E. Brennan, CAE, WICT president-CEO. “We are proud to work alongside them as they integrate WICT’s resources into their competitive business strategies.”

WICT’s Chief of Staff Lesa Faris added: “Our Touchstone Partners helps WICT ensure that we provide the highest quality programs and leadership development initiatives to women in cable, media and technology at all levels. In return, our stakeholders gain access to and receive recognition among our 10,000 members and numerous supporters around the world.”
